Here you will find a list of console commands and their uses in Team Fortress 2 Classic.
Server Console Variables
When a server has this variable set to 1, players can select the special classes such as Civilian and Mercenary outside of the gamemodes that they are usually restricted to. Note that this ConVar is unsupported and any bugs and issues related to playing as special classes outside of their game modes are highly unlikely to be fixed as such.
When a server has this variable set to 1, players will be unable to use any of the additional weapons provided within the mod and are locked to stock weapons exclusively. This is set to 0 by default.
When a server has this variable set to 0, this will disable the airblasting mechanic entirely on the flamethrower. This is set to 1 by default, which enables airblasting.
When a server has this variable set to 0, this will disable the player pushing mechanic that airblast has with the Flamethrower. This is set to 1 by default, enabling airblast to push players back.
When a server has this variable set to 0, this will disable the building hauling mechanic that the Engineer has, keeping him from moving his Buildings. This is set to 1 by default, which allows the Engineer to haul Buildings.
Client Console Variables
These variables control the positioning of the viewmodel along the X, Y, and Z axes.
This command allows you to switch classes without using the class select menu. Consult the table below for the class you wish to switch to. Please note that if tf2c_allow_special_classes is not set to 1, this command will not do anything when attempting to select the special classes.
